Kate‘s passion for interior design started in college, where she created dorm and apartment designs for her fellow students. After college, she launched her online shop, providing digital interior design plans for families across the country. In Central Florida, she’s helped numerous families transform their spaces from blah, to adored.
Kate’s background is in marketing, helping brands reach their full potential. Her career has taken her all over the world, where she has been inspired by the colors, textures, art, architecture and lifestyles of vibrant global cultures.
Kate is also a Realtor with Kelly Price and Company in Winter Park, Florida, helping her clients buy and sell homes in the area.

MEET LUCY
Lucy Boudet
Designer
Lucy’s love of architecture and interior design started at a very early age. (She actually headed off to the University of Florida with a modern sectional she built and upholstered herself.) After graduating with a degree in advertising and a minor in architecture, she spent her career in marketing with interior design as a passion and side business.
Lucy has renovated four historic houses, one mid century modern and designed a new custom home— all for her own family in beautiful Winter Park, Florida where she serves on the Historic Preservation Board.
For clients, she’s designed beach houses, residences, remodeled kitchens and consulted on many projects, bringing to each a clean-lined aesthetic.
Lucy is a firm believer that any home, big or small, grand or modest can be uniquely beautiful. Our homes set the backdrop for our best lives. She and Kate are a great team and can help your vision come to life for a whole home or that challenging space.
